Terms and conditions

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy. We may update them, and the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm your order by phone or email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes. The price you pay is the price shown when you place the order, even if it changes afterwards.

Orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is charged when you place the order, and we do not hold card or bank details.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel without charge.

We deliver island-wide. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.

Delivery within Colombo is by PickMe, with the fare payable directly to the rider on arrival and therefore not part of your order total. Outside Colombo a flat delivery charge applies, shown at checkout before you confirm, and orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Full detail is on the delivery and returns page.

Someone must be available to receive the order and pay the courier. If delivery fails twice because nobody is available, we may cancel the order.

You may cancel any order before it is dispatched at no cost — call us and quote your order number.

After delivery, you may return an unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 7 days for a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or unsealed, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

Products are covered against manufacturing defects. If something is faulty, tell us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Wear from normal use, damage from misuse, and fabric fatigue over time are not manufacturing defects. See the warranty page for how to claim.

We help with sizing and product selection. We are a supplier, not a clinical service: nothing we tell you is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan. Please read the regulatory and safety information before using any support or brace.

You are responsible for giving us accurate measurements. A product supplied to the size you specified is not faulty because it does not fit.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for harm arising from using a product against its instructions or against medical advice.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The content, images and design of this site are owned by MD Lanka (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Product names and manufacturer marks belong to their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction.
